“I love the Fish Society's coho salmon – it's absolutely delicious, a glorious colour, and the misshapes are all like perfect micro fillets, no brown flesh or mucky bits. Useful to keep on hand for those dishes where you don't need a full portion of fish, like topping a bowl of ochazuke. Also lovely when brushed sparingly with tteokbokki sauce and grilled as a quick snack.”
