“Ordered the smoked salmon side for Christmas lunch. Guests all raved about how perfect it was and how much better than you can get in supermarket. It arrived frozen in environmentally friendly card packaging. It was one enormous side presented on a gold card sheet that we slid onto a platter - we didn’t have a platter big enough but the gold sheet held up the ends so it looked really nice. It was tender, with a delicious mild flavour and already sliced so really easy to serve. Very moreish! I am planning to buy this again next year and ditch the Christmas roast completely!”

“A large firm-fleshed side of smoked salmon.The only reason it failed to get 5 stars was due to my preference for very smoked salmon which is all but impossible to get. Otherwise, excellent value.”
