“It’s now a staple at the Christmas Eve table, it’s delicious and delicately smoked and because of its size and beautiful presentation is a show stopper on the table. The whole family exclaims every year how special this salmon is. Delivery was spot on, and great communication throughout the process.”

“I have already done it. I was anxious as to whether I had ordered it too soon/ about the refreezing of the salmon before leaving for Christmas. Your instructions were clear and there was no problem as it was still very cold. We really enjoyed the salmon - very tasty and popular. Thank you.”
