“I buy these regularly. They are tender and knowing where they come from is the deciding factor. Either Scottish or Cornish are good.”

“Haven't cooked squid in absolute ages. Back home used to cook the Adriatic ones all the time. These were delicious! Not too difficult to clean and taste so soft and fresh. I've cut them into rings, tossed in a mix of flour, corn meal, seasoned and fried for couple minutes. Amazing with aioli and some potatoes. Looking forward to the 2nd bag!”
