“The pink colour of the picture is misleading. The tuna belly meat I received was very grey. The meat tasted ok but smelled fishy and needed a lot of soy sauce and wasabi to cover it up. It was chewy, not the melt-in-your-mouth kind.”

“The belly is fatty and is so good as a sashimi alone. Note that the colour is more red than farmed bluefin tuna because they swim more and need more myoglobin in their muscles.”
