“Not great. Item arrived cool, close to room temperature I’d say. I tried to raise it with the team, but I was fobbed off with a copy and past bunch of links. Felt very undervalued as a customer. It tasted off too, I tried to tell them but alas nothing. It’s a shame as I was looking for a reliable sashimi supplier, but I’ll unlikely be ordering again.”
