“Wrote to The Fish Society becase this arrived dried out and smelling to high heaven. Rest of order was fine as have been previous orders so a bit disappointed that they never even wrote back.”

“It would have been better if they had chutoro which I find it the best as otoro is too fatty and akami is too lean. But bluefin akami tasted good and I was happy with it.”
