“Haddock Leek and Cheese Bake was at the top of the delivery box - completely defrosted along with 2 ice packs also completely defrosted. I was reluctant to re-freeze them (although you do say it is fine to do so) so we ate them that night (very tasty). I know it is not possible to deliver everything frozen but I felt that to be fully defrosted was not acceptable. The rest of the box was fine, fish and ice packs all frozen.”
