“I never received my prawns which were for a big family celebration. They were damaged in transit. So upset I will not be using fish society again.”

“The prawns looked wonderful, freshly frozen and huge. Sadly, not as tasty as hoped after defrosting and being pan fried in oil/butter and garlic.”

“Absolutely wonderful taste, and very easy to devain and peel once defrosted. And they are huge, I cooked them in butter and garlic, serve on fried rice, delicious, I’ll will be purchasing more of what they provide in the near future. Highly recommended.”

“Great prawns but I have made an irrevokable decision to never buy whole prawns again as cleaning them is a nightmare. I am no chef but a competent home cook but deveining the prawns - barring the 5 I kept whole for show was a time consuming horror. and half of them did not need it as I could not find the "vein". Peeled and deveined in the future. Having said that they cooked beautifully seared with a MSG and pepper marinade and then tossed in a sauce made with a bit of crushed ginger, garlic and green chilly - lots of butter and a splash of fizz for the special occasion.”
