“I buy these in a regular basis and the quality and service is normally excellent. This recent order arrived with one pack completely defrosted and the other two were about half defrosted. I was disappointed.”

Hello Jane Reading your review was the first time we were aware that you were not entirely happy. Hopefully, the mussels were still cold to the touch even though they had defrosted, in which case they would have been perfectly OK to refreeze. We will be in touch directly.
