“Great relaxed interactive class. I attended the first online Sushi class and it was awesome! really fun. I received all ingredients a few days before and the sashimi fish was lovely quality which I could tell when I was slicing it during the class. Tim's instruction was easy to follow and Amy had great ideas for using Uni and Ebi with it too, which I have now ordered to try this at home by myself. I got this as a present, and have booked on to another one for myself :) Thank you also to Alistair who kept us all entertained with showing our sushi skills if we wanted :) highly recommend this experience”
