“These stars are for the product. I just looked at your method of cooking and it is disgraceful. Why would you remove the shells when they preserve the beauty of the product? I lightly oiled my skillet and cooked them in the shells for two minutes on each side. That is ENOUGH. Then I tossed them with melted butter and lemon. I have said this repeatedly that you need to get some professional chefs to advise cooking methods.”

“These are superb. The fact that they are not shelled preserves their wonderful sweet flavour and the slight inconvenience of removing the shells when eating is rewarded ten fold. I then put the shells into a pot with some water and create a wonderful stock for other good things.”

“The fish is always absolutely fantastic from The Fish Society and when you compare it to the supermarket fish produce, you know you are getting far superior fish. The Wild King prawn tails are huge and really delicious. The old adage says "you get what you pay for" and with The Fish Society products, that couldn't be more true!”
