“Were nervous of using them after thawing from frozen but needn't have worried. Easy to shell and de-vein as they held their texture very well. Great taste in the various dishes we tried the in - prawn pasta, plain grilled and Thai Spicy Prawn Soup (Tom Yam Goong). Will buy again!”
