“These were fantastic. I took the shell off just before cooking and and ran a knife down the back to remove the nerve (not necessary on all of them but did it anyway). I cooked for a few minutes in butter and garlic. They were as good as any prawns I’ve cooked.”

“Superb wild king prawn tails. I was a bit daunted at first but the cleaning guidance was excellent and, when cooked, they looking like something out of a food magazine. They were utterly delicious. Definitely going for these again.”
