“The prawns are fresh. My only criticism is that they are started to come with a lot of sea sand. I have to soak them before cooking them.”

“These were absurdly good - we cut the shell down the back, deveined them (5 minute process) and pan fried them for 12 minutes and they were just cooked through and absolutely perfect.”
