“Very well prepared and well presented, slightly let down by the fact that the brown crab meat has been mixed with flour and oil to temper its taste. I personally like the strong taste of the brown meat and think it would be better to just leave it as is, however I can understand why preparing it this way would appeal to some people as it stops the brown meat from overpowering the white meat”
