“The label on the crab said it had been caught April 2021 (bought June 2022) and that it had wheat in it. I telephoned to query why the website didn’t mention gluten as an allergen. They contacted the supplier who said there wasn’t any gluten in it. The Fish Society they said it may be they were using old labels. As I had bought the crab for a friend who is coeliac we now don’t trust the crab and her health isn’t worth the risk of the information being wrong.”
