“Not as good as I can get in my local fishmonger. The claw was tiny, the white meat too finely processed and the brown meat had an odd, pasty texture. I have high standards for crab and usually love it having been brought up with availability of fresh brown crabs in Edinburgh. Disappointed - even the cat was not interested.”
