“The prawns were never delivered. I was not informed that it was in stock and had to call to be then offered a refund for the cost of the prawns. However, I had added these so that the value of postage would be spread over several items and now each of my 2 sea basses actually cost £3 extra for postage. I should actually have been given about £3 back for the loss extra on top of the cost of prawns. Not a good start.”
