“Frozen product. Variable sized fillets because they are wild, not farmed. Sharp back fin still in place on all fillets and tails had been removed. Incomplete removal of scales on about 10% of the fillets so quite a lot of checking and fin removal before the fish could be used. Would be useful to say how many fillets per pack”
