“It was rancid when it arrived it was stil frozen when opening the baby otopus my house with filled with an ungodly stench as it would have appeared that the produce had gone rancid very disspointing, although the fish society issued a refund without hesitatation I would not of expected such poor inedible produce from this company given the way it is presented.”

“You are a terrible company to deal with. Attempted to cancel an order that had shipped at 03:05??? Food that arrived was half unfrozen - hello?? - this is fish products. I have a meat thermometer for cooking roasts of beef, so out of curiosity I placed it in the delivery box and closed the lid ... 12oC!! Whole order went straight in the bin to avoid any potential food poisoning. Received a very unfriendly email from the Chairman Alistair Blair not offering any apology or lack of attempt to resolve the matter in an amicable way.”
