“I really enjoy cooking this product. You need to select double the amount you think is right as they do shrink by at least half. I also find they need preferably 1 hour slow cooking if being braised in a tomato sauce. If you are frying them to be crisp they can get away with a 15 minute boil. Very enjoyable meals.”
