All our fish is frozen: fishRjumpin smoked Scottish salmon - FROZEN It is not unusual for the fish to have been frozen for 3 months. It is industry standard for oily fish to be kept in deep freeze at -20c for 1 year and to not be compromised in safety or quality

“We give it as presents to friends and relatives and of course have some ourselves. Everyone always comes back with enthusiastic comments about how delicious it is and how convenient in its smaller packets so that it is easy to eat some and freeze the rest for another occasion. And it is so easy to order and always arrives on time. Just a great product and really good firm to deal with.”
