Good afternoon Philip Unfortunately your order had the wrong postcode on it and therefore the courier was unable to deliver it to the correct address before the contents perished. We can only send orders to the address provided and the last thing we ever want is for a customer to have a bad experience such as this. “Thawed de veined by snipping up the back with fine tipped scissors then hooked out the poo line. Sounds fiddly but it’s easy. Very sweet prawns. Used in garlic butter and a paella so far. All separate in the box so easy to get a portion out”
