“These were the worst bararamundi I have ever come across! They were hard and chewy and the skin not Eadable. My guests and I threw it away. I emailed straight away to complain to ask for a refund and nothing has been done about it. I am not happy and will not ever purchase from you again due to the quality of the fish and the bad customer service”

Dear Rosy, We replied to your complaint as soon as it was made, and apologised sincerely. Our email conversation concluded with you trying the rest of the fish in your order and letting us know if there were any problems. We were waiting for your further feedback to deal with the order as a whole and not just the barramundi as you were also sceptical about the tuna. We will refund you in full for the barramundi. “The fillets were lovely served with a Tarragon sauce. Being Australians running a pub here in the UK, we served them on our Australia Day menu and received favourable responses. There were a few fillets left over so we enjoyed them ourselves a few days later.”
