“I originally made an order with you as it is a rare source of Barramundi which I love. My daughter lives in Australia and it is the fish of choice in many restaurants. I simply cooked the fillets in butter, it did not need anything else except a dash of Tartare sauce and green beans. So delicious, I understand it is pricey as it has been flown from Vietnam! My next order is next week.”

“Enjoyed them but not as much flavour as we remembered from having them the first time in Australia. Maybe they don’t freeze well . Can’t remember how they were cooked in Aussie but we had them a few times and were so,pleased to see them on your menu.”
