“I have put them straight in the freezer for future use. I am pleased to be able to buy Barramundi in the UK; it is my favourite fish when in Australia at my daughters. It just needs simple cooking in butter with parsley, it needs nothing else as it is delicious. Previous fillets that I bought from you were great. One thing that did concern me was the frozen date was quite a long time ago; I thought fish were only meant to be kept at a minus 18 degrees freezer for 3 months.”

“Best tasting fish ever. I ordered these due to enjoying Barramundi in Australia where my daughter and family live. Gently cooked in butter it does not need anything except maybe Tartare sauce. Hopefully being farmed in Vietnam makes them more eco-friendly, pity about the 12,000 mile flight!”
