“In the UK it is very difficult to get Barramundi fillets as they are from Australia. My family live in Australia and their 'fish and chips' feature Barramundi. Your fillets are delicious cooked simply shallow fried in oil and butter, with a little tartar sauce. I would have bought more than one pack of fillets but you only had one left. Tastiest fish there is!”
