“We tried the fish heads twice - perhaps not properly cleaned or not very fresh but the soup turned out bitter and unpleasantly tasting. Would be nice if fresh organic salmon heads were sold.”

“I bought the fish heads for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. Lots of meat, tasty, collars were so good! I fried them but you can also boil them or bake in the oven.”
