“There wasn’t one that had to be thrown away. Succulent took up the sauce Imade. Although the packaging said you could cook from frozen. Unless you are using a very large pot I would advise defrosting. Just about enough for 3 people in a kilo bag”

“I used to live in Cornwall and we could always collect mussels from the rocks when the tide went out, wedon't have that facility now but we can always rely on the Fish Society for our mussels”
