“A first class product, properly presented and properly delivered. Do not be worried about yr fish being frozen, it is actually fresher than what you will buy in most fishmongers and all supermarkets. Think about the supply chain - unlessyou live on the beach ( which I do) your fish will be generally dead on arrival for about 3 days. Freezing at catch is a better option. I wd however like to have the option of " moules de bouche" - no bigger than a grown man's thumb, but this is being picky.”
