“Delivery and packing excellent. I made moules marinare with them having first defrosted them in cold water. Many shards of broken Shell ended up in the meal with umpteen empty shells which wasn’t conducive to a relaxed meal for fear of eating them. I think I’ll stick to fresh and live as after washing one knows what’s in the pan.”

“I'm from NZ where we always buy big, healthy mussels live and cook immediately so I had low expectations for frozen mussels. However these mussels made a great mussels marniere and saved our covid christmas. Would happily buy again.”
