“Many shells not just broken but shattered. Meal spoilt due to small pieces of shell being crunched upon. If I wanted just mussel meat I would have purchased just mussel meat, Broken mussels lose their mussel juice as well as spoiling the meal with small pieces. Very disappointed.”

“These are cooked and frozen. Recommends using from frozen on the packaging but mussels have a lot of ice inside and outside the shells - making them slow to heat up and the sauce watery. Quite a number of shells were broken. While they were undoubtedly tasty, they were a tad on the dry side (not from cooking).”
