“These are delicious morsels of tasty fish and rice. Easy to cook. I pan fried mine for colour then put them in the oven and they were gorgeous. Good lunch dish or for a starter”

“Just baked gas 6, 25 minutes approx. Mid oven. Really enjoyed, just had the one, starter w salad. I'd repurchase. You get to taste everything. TBH, I was a bit surprised how light and very nice.”
