“Absolutely delicious and an excellent starter for Christmas Day - definitely had the wow factor. Very easy to cook - inserted a wooden skewer lengthwise into each tail to stop them from curling up; then gently boiled for 3-4 minutes in salted water; plunged into iced water to cool; before serving with garlic butter sauce.”
