“Salmon en Croute, this was my first time and I really liked it but, as my wife pointed out it is slightly moist on the bottom from the spinach but, I guess it’s hard to keep it’s integrity if you squeeze it all out! But all in all taste was wonderful, thanks very much.”

“Bought for my daughter as a pescatarian for a special New Years Eve dinner. We were going away to stay in a country house so needed it before we left. Arrived a day before it was due (frozen) so ideal to transport. Ample portion to serve one as a main or 2-3 as a starter. She reported that it was very tasty and pastry spot on. I chose the Fish Society due to their excellent reviews and in fact much better priced than other similar products available in high street supermarkets”

“One of my favourite foods and this one certainly didn’t disappoint! Five stars and so glad there are two more tucked up safely in my deep freeze. They also have eye appeal when cut - pink and green - pretty and so delicious and all the hard work done for you.”

“We were delighted with our salmon en croûte. As promised the helpings were generous, and very flavoursome. The instructions for storing and cooking were clear and accurate and the parcel arrived when promised and was well packaged. We felt it was a good price, too.”
