“A staple order. While expensive I have never been disappointed. The texture is beautifully oily for a white fish and its flavour is delicious a little stronger and tastier than halibut is my only comparison. Yet there is no comparison to halibut. This is also a very forgiving fish as it's difficult to over cook using any method. I either steam or pan fry and both provide excellent results. This is my ultimate favourite fish and an absolute treat.”
