“The delivery was excellent and so was communication but when we ate the crab it was quite dry and didn’t have the sweetness I’d associate with crab meat. We were all quite disappointed”

“Really disappointed . I’ve ordered these several times before and they were large and very fresh even though frozen but my latest delivery was extremely disappointing. The claws were small , some had a slight ammonia taste to them and were very watery and lacking in meat and flavour. It’s a shame as these were starting to be a regular buy for me however the lack of quality in the last batch had made me think twice .”
