“An absolute rip off - I got just six claws. They were watery and tasteless and one was rancid - It worked out at £6 per claw. I am disgusted and would like a full refund. I have send this same message to the delivery company who were fantastic. They told me to email you, as they have nothing to do with the packing. Let me know if we can resolve this issue. “These were a disappointment, especially given the price. They looked and smelt amazing after defrosting, but I suspect they had been overcooked as the inside was mushy, I definitely expected a firmer texture. It made it very difficult to be sure the shell was all removed.”
