Hello Simon, we can only apologise again for your failed delivery. As you were aware, our couriers had massive logistical issues over Christmas and New Year which resulted in many late or non deliveries. This was entirely beyond our control - we really did do our very best under the extremely challenging conditions and completely understand your disappointment. We have, of course, issued a full refund.
