“Cooking instructions not explicit. Says cook 10- 12. But nothing time wise. O k I know it’s not hours. Know lobster tails pricey, but thought sauce etc overpriced for what they were. Have cooked thermidor fro scratch so know a little bit about it. We have a wonder fish shop in Edinburgh who will prep etc and do a L T for quite a bit less, but thought I’d give your company a go”
