“Perfect combo of fish and the bamboo mat is a lovely touch. I added salmon roe, pickled ginger and a wonderful sake. Vegetables I used were avocado, cucumber and mooli. The whole thing made a very substantial meal for 4 and everyone was complimentary regarding the fish. I'll definitely be buying again, but for the restaurant experience you must add an extra few bits.”
