“Extremely impressed with the salmon, it cut well, had perfect texture and was a good size and shape. The tuna as very tasty but a slightly awkward shape and a bit more fiddly to cut due to some sinewy layers running through it. Cat and dog appreciated the off cuts though. The prawns were good, I'm not always fond of the 'flat prawns' you get on commercial or café style sushi but I thought I'd give these a go and see if there was any great difference. They were definitely juicer and tastier. All worked great on nigiri and as sashimi.”

“Good kit but both me and my wife very unwell after eating. Would prefer fresh fish for sushi vs defrosting and eating raw”

“Great kit, good value for money. Could made 4-5 sushi rolls (6-8 pieces each) with plenty of rice leftover”
