“These are delicious. They are surprisingly easy to separate without defrosting which I did and repacked. Perfect in a warm bagel with pickled red onion.”

“Excellent quality fish! Having tried herring in Amsterdam, I can confirm that this is the exact same thing. There is no fishy smell to it, the texture is almost like butter. There are ten fish in the tray (gutted, headless, with tail holding it together, easily removed); mine arrived frozen just-so - so you have the option of taking a few for now and freezing the rest for later. It's a treat-and-a-half with some soft bun, a bit of chopped onion and a few slices of preserved cucumber. Highly recommended!”
