“Excellent service. The fish arrived properly frozen. I was born in the Netherlands and I am therefore quite critical about the flavour. I normally get the herring from the local fish shop and those herrings are prepared that day. We then fly or drive directly to France and put the herrings inmediately into the freezer. When we then eat them over a period of a few weeks they taste fresher than the "Nieuwe Haring" we recieved from you. Yours were perfectly edible but tasted a little oily and strong. Pity but we still enjoyed them.”

“I am very happy with the service I have received. The tray of maatjes herring I ordered arrived on time, and completely frozen. Following instructions, I carefully thawed the fish just enough to be able to separate the pairs, and immediately put them back in the freezer in smaller packs. The taste after thawing is excellent!”
