“Had my first one of these last night. I had to get it in the pan quickly before I eat the whole thing as sashimi! Couldn't help but slice a few slithers off and glad I tasted it raw as well as cooked. Divine. Dressed the tuna in soy, mirin, sesame oil and honey plus sesame seeds and seared either side. In all honesty, I could've cooked it without anything and I bet it would've tasted incredible.”
