“In and out of a very hot pan is the answer to these top quality Tuna steaks, please don’t over cook. We normally make a dressing with chopped fresh coriander and olive oil to drizzle on the top. Because of lock down we haven’t any coriander, but the steaks were delicious. 10/10”
