“A firm favourite with my friends and family as a light supper dish, this is the best fish pie around and never fails to please. Succulent prawns and smoked fish in a generous sauce it is mouthwateringly delicious. Great on its own or with the usual accompaniments of peas, we enjoy it with a glass of bubbly!”
