We do not guarantee that your order will arrive frozen solid but it should certainly be cold to the touch. If so, it is absolutely fine to refreeze. “Found these a bit disappointing. They tended to be on the large side which we didn't like. Prefer whitebait to be small and crunchy, some of these were not very nice to eat whole.”
