“Real quality fish! I pan fried 2 fillets and served it with rice and an infused oil (heat a neutral oil 150 mls and once hot, around 190°c, pour it over a mixture of 8 green onions sliced, 4 garlic cloves minced and 2 tbsps of ginger minced, it should sizzle. Salt to taste and spoon some of the mixture over your fish and the rest mix into a pot if rice with a splash of soy sauce. It was delicious!)”
